12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to mediation or, if necessary, to the competent courts of South Africa.

12.3 Waiver of Class Action

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.
